For better brightness and sharpness on knife sharpening for T7/T8 grinder, we recommend our new Resin Diamond Wheels that the electroplated CBN wheels could not meet.
The market is keeping changing. Some people need high quality grinding wheels for knife edge. To achieve super sharpness, a grinding wheel of very fine grit is a must.
The electroplated bond wheel cannot meet higher brightness and better sharpness requirement.
So we develop Resin Diamond Wheels for this higher requirement.
The Resin Diamond Wheels can also avoid the broken problem that is occurred on electroplated wheels by wrong operation, especially 400 and 1000 grit ones.
The finest grit of our electroplated CBN wheels is 1000 grit (20um). The electroplated wheels of 1000 grit will achieve the corresponding brightness and sharpness that 600 grit(25um) Resin Diamond Wheels can achieve.
So the finest grit of electroplated wheel can not meet higher requirement of sharpness and brightness at all. Like 1000 grit wheel can only get the sharpness of 155(tested on BESS device). By using Resin Diamond Wheels you can achieve the sharpness up to 75 tested on BESS device.
While you use our resin bond Diamond wheels, you can achieve the brightness of 10000#(1um), you can imagine what a fascinating edge you achieve.
